1. SMS Program Description

3SKY LLC operates a conversational and informational SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospective clients regarding:

13. No Emergency or Governmental Notification Service

The 3SKY LLC SMS program is not an emergency communication service and should not be used to report emergencies, dangerous site conditions, fires, injuries, utility emergencies, or immediate threats to health or safety.

For emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency service, governmental authority, utility provider, contractor, or other responsible party.

SMS messages from 3SKY LLC do not constitute official notices from a building department, zoning authority, fire department, health department, utility agency, inspector, or other governmental authority.
